Ronnie Rasmussen is a CrossFit competitor and passionate chef based in Meridian, Idaho. He's spent years training hard at his local box — and just as many years frustrated that eating clean required hours of Sunday meal prep.

As someone who lives the performance lifestyle, Ron knows exactly what athletes and busy families need: food that's actually good, macros that are actually accurate, and a process that doesn't eat your weekend.

Ron And Ready was born out of that frustration. Ron does the work so you don't have to — fresh, chef-crafted meals, ready to grab and go every weekend.
